    Bench - 260 x 5 x 5
    Rows w/belt and straps - 260 x 10 x 3

    This went well. I think my right hip pain is getting better. This makes me think it was due to heavy safety squat bar usage over the last few years. Time will tell if this hypothesis is correct.

    Press w/belt - 162.5 x 5 x 5
    Pullups - BW x 9 x 4

    Low bar squat is starting to feel better - re-establishing the pattern took a few weeks, but it's coming along well. The only downside of today's workout was loading 310 on the bar.

    Still getting over a cold and feeling crappy. Dialed down the volume. I'll repeat this workout with a bit more volume later.

    Treadmill - 30 minutes with 4 intervals.

    My back tightened up after last squat workout. Not bad, but a bit of discomfort. May change my scheduled workout tomorrow a bit if it's still causing trouble.

    This went better than expected - I fasted all day yesterday and had just two beef sticks this morning, so was expecting to be tired and lethargic, but felt pretty good and hit my goals for the workout.
