    CGBP - 205 x 12

    Tweaked my low-back again on my squat back-off set. Bummer, as intensity DL day is tomorrow.

    Skipped DL and presses - back was still tender. May try them tomorrow instead if all goes well.

    Got the press for 5 - barely. Lost a lot of strength on this lift since a few months ago.
