DL w/3" belt and straps - 365 x 8 x 2
SGDL w/3" belt and straps - 295 x 12

20 minutes uphill T-mill, 10deg incline, 2.5mph.
Every 5 minutes, do 10 pullups + 15 dips. Total: 50 pullups, 75 dips
Tired. Need a day or two off.

Press w/3" belt - 185 x 2, 3, 2, 3, 2, 145 x 8 x 2
DL w/ 3" belt - 420 x 5
SGDL w/3" belt - 315 x 8
Need to put a rest day between intensity squat and intensity pull days. Too much stress.

Curls - 3 sets
skull crushers - 3 sets

Light Cardio - 25 minutes, 2.6 mph, 10 deg incline.
- Every 5 minutes jump off treadmill and do a few pullups, BW squats, pushups. Nothing strenuous - trying for "active recovery" if that is a real thing.
