EOS built a new gym close to my house. I decided to join just to mix things up a bit...plus it will be a good option when summer comes and it gets too hot to train in my garage. I plan to use EOS for their machines...can't bench with my shoulders but I can stave off some muscle atrophy with some machines like the peck deck.
