After years of procrastination, I finally got my right shoulder worked on.
I quit training a few days before the procedure to minimize DOMS and other musculoskeletal inflammation since my shoulder would be worthless for a few days.
Had the procedure on July 18th.
I've done a few light sets of SSB squats (155 x 5) throughout the weekend and some 10 minute steady state rides on the airdyne to keep the blood flowing a little.
I'll probably continue in this vein for the next couple of weeks as well as range of motion exercises before I stress the joint any further.
