    8/1-24
    Went for my sunday hike.
    And did my
    Weight-in yesterday
    97,7kg
    New start to cut down on the supertasty food, the sugar/salt/fat yumyum.
    Started a new round of the Lifesum app registration of calories and food. Back to the basic Healthy protein-fat-carb-fiber diet with lean low fat protein, healthy veg. oil, good carbs, and a lot of green stuff.

    Its beginning to get hard. Squat needs to be filmed, my form was not ok. Bench also hard, but I did my triples and that is great.

    It's amazing to watch you take long summer breaks every year and then to come back and march right past me with your lifts. Great work!

    To be honest, last year I was training all year, went from three days a week to two days w reduced weight during summer.
    And by the way I think I have a bunch of kilos before I pass you last time I checked. Or pounds its tricks to count. You are doing fine, keep it up 👍

    Yes I remember now that you lifted last summer. I even mentioned to Bill last summer that I might need to try a maintenance period like you are doing when I am busy with projects in the summer. I will keep that in mind this year even if it's only for brief periods.
