    Yes thats my plan two or even one day per week occasionally. And I lower the intensity and stay on that path. 10% for upper body and 20 for lower body, worked just fine, never did I fail a lift then. And summertraining was a breeze with lots of energy for summer projects.

    Tired today, my ontheside job is beginning to grow over my head. My plan was 8 hour a week now its double that.

    Too bad about your job. I don't think I could even handle an 8 hour day anymore. I work around the house for half that and I need a rest. I remember when I was young around 4 to 8 years old I could lay down and nap like a cat any time. I wish I could do that now.

    Nice squatting and you are ahead of me with those!

    Thanks Fred, all my lifts are on the way to full recovery from my latest weightloss but Im afraid it wont be for good, Im heading for a calorie deficit sometimes in the future. Then my strength probably will fade again. Good luck with your squats!

    As you loose weight do it slowly and eats lots of protein. I went too fast when I did and lost too much strength. I also don't think I had enough protein intake.

    Thats my experience to, so I go easy with the calorie deficit.
