Nice work Berg. How long rest between your sqt sets ?
Have you ever tried sleeves for your knees?

Thanks Jerry
I do use sleeves, 3mm, but I have a 5mm sleeve, just forgot to use it. I believe there is 7mm also.
I rest 8 min, use a timer.
How are you doing? Is lifting good?

Right knee joint is unstable, it feels like its close to a trainwreck, so I take it easy, but not to easy. Having pain when walk stairs or climb onboard and around boatdeck. I do use sleeves while lifting.

Hi Berg, my lifting is going ok for someone my age. I have the shoulder issues and a bit of sciatica.
I do have a pair of Mark Bell sleeved, I wear them in the winter when its cold in the garage or if my knees are creaky.

Well Jerry
I recently met some old friends, got surprised, even though they are fairly active people, they had issues that I dont. They could not lift their knees or keep balance in a good way while climbing over some fairly low fences.
So I bet our strength training beats their walking procedur. Old people seem to think walking and biking is enough to keep in shape. They are in for a bad surprise, my thought on the issue. So I think we are doing just fine!
