It looks like your summer training is going well. I hope it works out and you can maintain the levels that you are lifting at now. I bet you are enjoying yourself if it's not too hot.
I meant to ask is your sister in law lifting also?

Drive for 14hours last day,very hot and my AC didnt work. Back in Stockholm for two weeks.

Just keepin the weight.
Pain lower back, could be I missed setup and pulled with back a little off in form on the last rep. Doing some Ipren and Alvedon as they are called in Sweden, and hope for the best.
Your the second guy reporting a back tweak today. I hope it heals quickly for you.

Its not that bad, Im used to this more or less light tweak. Takes a week or so and then its ok, I hope👍
But really stiff today and no bending, twisting or jumping for me, just a steady stride😎
