    Anyway I bought myself a new acoustic guitar yesterday, a takamine ”New Yorker” Japan brand. And now after training and food its a program about Ron Carter bass player. Hope you all are ok.

    That 100kg is putting up a fight I see. Keep at it as you are doing good!

    If I remember correctly you use your phone to post here right? I have lost numerous posts whenever I use my phone for some reason. Don't know why but it does.

    Going back a few posts I read that you got a new guitar. How are you liking it?

    Really nice, a Japan, Takamine, a parlor sunburst, old style steel string, chinese built, those guys build good cheap guitars.

    True, Im using my phone and I remember you advicing against it, but Im an old hardheaded fart with no ability to take advice or learn from mistakes. I almost feel sorry for myself😖

    Don't be so hard on yourself. You are doing well with the lifts, enjoying your new guitar (Congrats!) and still able to work so rest up, take some meds for that knee, eat well and enjoy life the best you can. Like you told me not long ago...Spring is on it's way! I can smell the BBQ.
