Hip is ok from yesterdays squat. So next lift is Tuesday with light DL to restart my progression and hope hip can stand it.

Felt ok all the way, but now a couple of hours later Im not so sure.
I also done the flu and covid shots yesterday. But that doesn’t bother me much. Been out to to put some candles at the graveyard this evening. Feel like age is creeping up on me. Also been reading a horrible description of nuclear war by Annie Jacobsen. So just now it feels like hopelessness is a mood for the evening.

Damn!!!
Something just ripped in my right thigh, inside/back, it was like an instant cramp during deadlift first warmup with 50kg/110lbs
Can stand on straight leg but, it’s one legged walk. Had to call my neighbor to help me put away the weights. I wrapped the thigh and put on ice on and of.
I cannot remember if I used any of his programming or not. I don't think he is a member of this forum is why he did not answer anyone. Since he lifts at Rip's gym and has plenty of SS coaches to talk to he may not feel the need to be on a forum. I did like his intensity week and volume week setup. I might try that in the future.
