    Damn!!!
Something just ripped in my right thigh, inside/back, it was like an instant cramp during deadlift first warmup with 50kg/110lbs
Can stand on straight leg but, it’s one legged walk. Had to call my neighbor to help me put away the weights. I wrapped the thigh and put on ice on and of.
Man that sucks! Were you not warm enough when you started to lift? I hope it heals quickly for you.

Probably so, and also very sore from my latest squat. Feels a little better now, laying in the sofa watching the news about US election. Tomorrow will tell a lot both regarding election and my muscle problem.

I did notice that you did a lot of warmup sets Saturday. You did 7 sets then your top weight (75kg)for your light day. One of my last heavy squat days I only did 4 warmup sets before my top set at 93kg. Unless you just want to do that much volume you might try less warmup sets. That's probably why you are sore. The more total reps done is hard on us old farts and takes longer to recover. I know everyone is different. Just a thought.

I've had a problem with my left hamstring a few times. It always seems to happen when I'm sore from a previous sqt WO. I like to do some higher reps SLDLs to heal it up.

I might try that, next morning after it was fairly ok, surprised me.
Today Saturday 9/11 -24 was first try with
    air squats
    4x20 ok
    Bench
    65kgx5x3 ok
I reset my bench about 10%
    Lost motivation, hopefully temporarily.

    No problem so far,
Started some press also, it was long ago so I just took a couple of five reps with the bar, shoulders need to get used to the movement.
    Tomorrow rest day.
