Thought i was doing ltes with 80 pounds, but i weighed the bar after the workout and it was only 20 pounds. Lifts felt easier today. The bench was definitely easier than the same thing last week.

Might go ahead and drop off that deadlift volume to one set for next week. The erectors are getting weird under the squat.

Started new work schedule, working 4pm-2:30am. Have to squeeze the gym in earlier. Feels like working out early in my day rather than later is definitely making me a bit weaker. Stress overall and sleep issues are also present.

Lighter workout on the erectors today. I can actually FEEL how beat up they are. Also had a lot of issues with sleep, only got an hour despite allowing tons of time to sleep. Went to bed at 4, up an hour and a half later and spent the rest of the day before work laying in bed.

Squats felt so weak. I can't believe I was able to just push out 225 for three sets a few weeks ago. It feels like work is wrecking my health.

Another bad workout. Felt worst today of all. Tried downing some orange juice with breakfast, thinking maybe carbs would help these after-waking workouts go better. It didn't. I felt like I physically couldn't push my muscles as much as I usually could, like there was a governor keeping them from acting at full power. Again, I really hate this job and what it has done to me in only a week.

This one went okay. L-Tyrosine seems to help a lot with getting shit going in the morning and making me able to lift well.

Bench 160x5x3
Threw in some light DE type pressing after the work sets. Felt like seeing if it does anything beneficial. Also did some light incline curls for a lot of sets and reps. Just wanted to get blood into my left bicep, something on the inside of the elbow has been bothering me, some kind of tendon in there.

I pulled this one off, but it felt like shit. I think I might have overdone it on the tyrosine. I'm trying to find what dosage works best, and apparently too much can set you back to where you started. I was absolutely obliterated after this workout, the entire rest of my day I was tired and depressed. Even felt oddly cold.
