Currently very slack and inconsistent on workouts. Motivation is low while I am cutting weight. Strength seems to be persisting okay for now though.
I'm planning to restart LP once I reach 70kg target bodyweight. I'm 73.5kg now and I was 81kg when I started cutting a couple of months ago. I am pleased with this progress.
I will eat and enjoy a good few cheat meals over this festive season. Could be February before I'm ready to bulk again.
I'm eating 1650kcal per day now. That feels like plenty. This is three 500kcal meals and one 150kcal protein shake. (I had a second protein shake at the start of the cut.)

Quick workout: 30 minutes door to door. Two exercises warming up to one heavy rep.
Have to put the body to work while cutting. Weight loss has slowed a lot and I attribute this to idleness.
