Press: 145x6@7ish 155x4 (shut it down) shoulder was oddly hurting.
Bench:up to 275x1@9, 255x2@9
I need to figure this scap/shoulder thing out pronto, but for now I'm playing it safe lol

Comp Deadlift: up to 365x1@8,280x3x9@fucking hard
Comp Bench: up to 295x1@8 (might of been a 7 hard to tell), then 225x3x9(PR for Paused 9)
Tried lunges: knee wasn't cooperating again...WTF?!?!...I didn't know I was 60 years old.
Bits and pieces of some things to follow...
Man. My cumulative total of sleep and food quality this week has been nothing but sub-par. I'm hoping this takes the form of a different positive shape next week. I Need to get some momentum going.
