Bench crew at the gym (minus Connor today)
worked up to 315 and:
5 sets of doubles. I tried a triple on the first set and missed so I just rode out the doubles. Bummed I missed a triple, glad I was able to keep going with doubles.
Standing OHP

135 x 3 sets of 10 and the last set actually got rough.
Dips
me x 4 sets of 12 reps

Forgot to log back Monday:
Neutral grip pull downs kept reps around 12 several sets
Neutral grip cable rows same with the reps but went pretty heavy with a BIG stretch on every set
Few sets of barbell curls and a few sets of alt db curls

Wednesday at the gym:
Bench
275 for 5x5
Upright rows with the cambered bar
top set of 140 x 8-10 and another back off set of 100 x 15
Cambered bar press downs close, wide, close wide
each set with 100 x 20

Tuesday - hour on the treadmill 55 minutes in zone 2 and then 5 minutes at 5.0 mph
Thursday - rev pec dec, shrugs, hammer curls and barbell curls
Friday - hour on the treadmill 55 minutes at 5.0 incline and 3.0 speed then 5 minutes flat at 5.1 mph
Saturday - went in with Sarah so I just did 60 minute on the treadmill at 1.0 incline and 3.0 mph. At some point later today either home or gym I hope to get in some squats and deadlifts, playing that by ear, no plan today.

And that was it. Good day. Pretty happy with the 405 single and the 20 rep deadlift. Squat was deep and the deads all looked the same (which you can see on my IG or FB if you care to look). Wait, lets try this...

Falling asleep on the couch and Connor got me to the gym.
I just did neutral chins
me x 1, 2, the sets of 3 until I did 36 total reps

Bench in the basement
262.5 for 7 sets of 5 reps
1 set of inc db fly with 25s for 25 reps
1 set of db pullover with 25 for 25 reps
Done.

Snow day with Connor.
He talked to the owner of the gym to start some part time hours next month. He's psyched.
I hit the treadmill for 90 minutes
85 minutes at 3.0 mph and 5.0 incline then 5 minutes at 15% incline (still 3.0 mph)

So I tried to bench today and 280 for 8 sets of 4 was the goal...
barely made 2 sets.
Cardio yesterday?
Connor being home sick again?
Too old for these kinds of routines?
I don't know.
But it is what it is.
Hopefully some squat/deadlift type things tomorrow...
