Problem is the Trap Bar is too narrow, about half the plate mass hits the wood part of the platform (corners of poly-plates eventually rotate around). . . the rest lands on the rubber part.
I debated with myself in my mind to say something, but every time this happens, it doesn't end well . . . no matter how nice and calm I am about it, it winds up being a confrontational thing.
The other male is pissed another man is telling him what not to do, why, and/or he's doing something 'wrong'.
This has happened a couple of times with me trying to "rescue" the good Oly bars we have left . . .from the landmine attachment, metal bladed J-hook racks, etc . . .
I pointed out to a bro he was deadlifting with a yellow girl's bar once, didn't end well.
I'm open to suggestions.
