Aerobics room teamwork display: partner one places their feet on the shoulders of partner two and their hands on the floor, wheel barrel style, while partner two does quarter Squats.

Wasted opportunity for partner one, he should have done exercise ball pushups to really focus on his core. What a shame.

I was planning to just put it in an opaque container so no one would know what it is.

I know I've read a couple of places that sprinting can create something like 600 lbs. of pressure (per square inch?). I'm fairly certain me walking with an added 130 lbs. or so isn't going to do anything more than letting people sprint.
Dude, you need to do your farmer's heavier. for serious.

My grip is the weak link, I'm not even getting close to too heavy, hence the reason I bothered to ask about a weighted backpack. I was also doing 190 lbs. RDLs at the beginning, which doesn't help.

I think I might've found something worth sharing. My gym is having a strength competition. Good idea, one might say. Until one sees the list of competition lifts:

    Legs: 45 degree leg press
    Chest: Bench Press
    Back: Lat Pull-downs
Shoulders: Military in the Smith machine
    Biceps(!): EZ-bar preacher curl
Triceps(!!): Push-downs (or whatever they are called).

And here's the kicker: "To avoid muscular injury(sic!), each lift must be done in the following sets:"
    Set 1: Twelve reps
    Set 2:10 reps of S1+20%,
    Set 3: 8 reps of S1+40%,
    Set 4: 10 reps of S1 weight

Seriously, I can't make this shit up. No wonder I am just about the only one squatting at my gym.

Wow. And since there are no real "rules", I can imagine the form on some of those lifts being really bad. Curling competitions are coming back into style at some powerlifting meets, but at least they have rules about no back bend, etc.

I'd say about 90% of the people at my gym bench with suicide grip and half rom, encouraged by the "trainers". So yeah. Didn't know about the curling thing - I frigging suck at curls, should probably do them more often.
