    Hey guys,

Saw this craigslist posting and I'm not that knowledgeable on "good" brands of bars. Does this seem like a good deal or should I wait? Thanks for any advice!

American made and split sleeve. If it's straight that is a very good deal and I would not hesitate.

I have two York bars. One is a York Powerlifting bar with center knurling. The other is York oylimpic lifting with no center knurling, which I believe it is the same bar in this ad. I love them both. The one with no center knurling is great for deadlifts and other pulls, while I use the powerlifting style for squats and presses.

They are super easy to clean and oil. Before, I knew how bad rack pulls were for a quality bar, I used it for rack pulls, I’ve dropped it, and one kept it loaded on the rack with over 300. It’s still straight and it amazing shape. I highly recommend York bars and plates.
