    Default Belts Performance Comparisons

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    The current belt that I am using is an Eleiko belt about two inches at the front and four inches at the back.
    Would it make a discernible difference if I was to use a better belt (3 or 4 inches all around)?
