    Thank you for the Link.

Maybe someday in the future. I‘ll see how it will work with my 4“ belt. As soon as my ribs are full back to normal I‘ll give the 3“ a new try.

Ah yes. For the most part. I will have to play around with that and see what happens.

Sorry. Somehow I missed your question.

Well, it‘s my first prong belt, so I tested a bit during the first Training. But I used the same hole for all the lifts all the Trainings afterwards. But before the Training during which I bruised my Ribs, I watches some Videos on how to wear a belt again, and I thought, that I might have my belt not tight enough. For example I don‘t need to use the Rack for pulling the belt tight. So I went a hole tighter that day.
Again; I can‘t say if the belt didn‘t sat right, or if it was to tight, or if I had a form failure, or a combination of some or all. So,… I‘ll act with caution and draw my conclusions.

I used a belt starting with the last warm up Set. Right now, I can inhale and brace as hard as possible, and don‘t feel anything at all. During Work-Sets with a belt it‘s a bit different. With the 3“ belt, it makes problems as soon as I have it tight enough. I can use the 4“ belt way tighter than the 3“ without feeling the ribs. I wouldn‘t even call it a Pain. It‘s just a nagging feeling. But as I‘m concerned not to make it worse again, I‘ll continue this way.
Is your 3" belt single ply or double ply?

My 4" suede belt has been killin me on deadlifts lately...gouging into my side.... I bit the bullet and ordered a 3" Single Ply Dominion belt today hoping it fixes the problem.

Good deal. I went with a single ply dominion belt and its working out good for the deadlift and press.
