    *167.5kg / 368lbs x 5 x 5 - Wasn't easy, but I nailed them.

    * 90kg / 200lbs x 5 x 5 - Warm-ups felt light today so I decided to make the 7.5kg jump & I made it!

    90kg / 200lbs x 1 - This felt easy & I was supposed to do these for my sets across, but I was really wearing the wrong underwear & I actually devoured my junk a few times during the warm-ups & had to call it a day .

    I MESSED UP! I REPEATED LAST MONDAYS SQUAT WORKOUT ON ACCIDENT!?

    I also read Machiavellis' The prince during the rest periods for all of my work sets, it's only a short read(97 little pages).

    I'm gonna have to eat like a mastodon all this week because I want to jump straight to where I should be next Monday.

    *172.5kg / 380lbs x 5 x 5 - Was able to make the big jump after fucking up last weeks workout.

    Bench
    *92.5kg / 203lbs x 5 - Realised that I wouldn't be able to do this for another 4 sets & so I decreased the weight.
    *91.5kg / 201lbs x 5 x 4

    Deadlift
    *190kg / 420lbs x 5

    nice progression. I just hope my lack of eat&sleep won't affect my Texas Method progress so I can catch up with you, someday.

    that's some serious undertaking. I started with it many, many years ago, but stopped after a few pages bcause I found it really hard going. I suppose you are reading a translation, hopefulyl in modern English, and that could actually make it easier. I read it in the original version, which is written in archaic form, and despite Italian being my mother tongue, I struggled in many places.

    Yeah, it's one of the latest translations in modern english(published January 2009).

    I still live with my parents and I don't make enough money to live by my own, yet. therefore, I wake up really easy by the noises in the house. I tried talkin to them, they won't listen.


    bout the food - my parents are stupid. you know the deal "milk is bad, red meat is bad" etc.. I'm doing my best to eat lots.
