We’re in the middle of a > 60 degree temperature drop. I meant to go do some conditioning outside today but the smoke from the fires was thick. Hopefully by Wednesday, the snow will have put out the fires and we can all breathe some beautiful crisp clean air.

I tried some squats with the bar and felt very little pain ( left h.s.). I also pulled 155 for a single rep, that I felt just a little. I think this thing is getting better pretty fast and I don’t think I’ll need to run the full Starr rehab... but I’ll start squatting light just about every day and see how it goes,
