Those incline intervals on Sunday gave me some nasty sciatica pain. I took NSAIDS for a couple of days and now it seems to be gone. In fact my back feels like buttah today.
Maybe I should stick to the bike and the Prowler. The grass in the park should be getting more amenable to pushing the Prowler.
I guess I should get the Prowler out this weekend and be ready to find out how much my conditioning sucks.
