I had to antecipate saturday workout. Showed up only to bench press though...
5-5-5-4-3 reps. Last 2 sets I had to do it under short rest periods.

Squat reps: 5-4-5. I'll repeat this weight on friday. Guess I fixed my depth issue on squats. I'll post a new video soon.
Press reps: 5-5-5-3-3. Not enough time to rest, so went for 3 reps on the last 2 sets. Move on. Going for 132.
