    mai-12-11 - thursday - light squat day

    DL 2x2 330 / 3x5 282
    press 3x5 123

    Left late to the gym, so today I had even less time to workout. Today was to be light squat day, so due to time issues it became none squat day. Headed straight to the deadlifts. Today my lower back was pretty sore. So I'm still stucked at 330. But I'm not worried at all..
    Press. I sure had 2 more sets in me, but was already too late, and I had to go back to work. Damn!!

    mai-13-11 - friday

    Bench 5x5 189
    I had to antecipate saturday workout. Showed up only to bench press though...
    5-5-5-4-3 reps. Last 2 sets I had to do it under short rest periods.

    mai-16-11 - monday

    Squat 3x5 301
    Press 5x5 128

    Squat reps: 5-4-5. I'll repeat this weight on friday. Guess I fixed my depth issue on squats. I'll post a new video soon.
    Press reps: 5-5-5-3-3. Not enough time to rest, so went for 3 reps on the last 2 sets. Move on. Going for 132.

    Again I had to deload, so these are weights I've already lifted for 3x5 more than once. I see 5x5 as a performance enhance while I also benefit from the hypertrophy (at the degree it provides). I'm keeping 5x5 until I reach the load I stucked in.

    dips 4x15 bw n' some curls to finish...

    Great session. Got my bench and DL moving again!

    squat: 3-5-3 reps. Worse than monday's!! DL on wednesday messed w\ squats today.
    OHP: 5-4-4 reps. Next week i get 3x5 done.

    had planned a 301 squat, but i wasn't in the mood today.
    no spotter on bench, so i tweaked the rep scheme.

    Got all reps on OHP. Nice.
    Deadlifts were more like five singles. damn
