Spent all day sitting down in an air conditioned building... feelsgoodman.jpg Finally decided to just reset on my squat and work back up. I'll get a set of 5 at 140 On friday.

Was a bit weird today, not really used to training without squatting heavy... I may have been 'that guy' who talks more than he trains today...

Really quite annoyed with my squat, they started good, but deteriorated during the set to their usual good-morning standards.

Squats and RDLs were done in the afternoon as there were people using the bench I like. First time doing RDLs and they're a bit more grip intensive than I thought they would be, so I ordered some straps today. Bench was done in the evening and I failed the last rep of the last rep... fml, but I was feeling pretty strong off the chest.

Gym closed early today because of riots apparently... I'd never have thought a gym full of roided up guys would become a victim of a load of hooded rats tbh, but whatever...

Squats were still a bit Good morning-ish, but I will start upping the weight from now. I'm hoping the extra hamstring work I've started doing will help. Bench was a bit meh, as for the deadlift, I think I'm just gonna have to have a big reset. Chins - as expected, dips - fail.

Squats were actually pretty hard... I don't think I helped myself by eating no decent food and getting crappy sleep over the weekend. I missed the last rep on the press and did my RDLs with straps this week.

Failed the last rep of the chinups and as for the dips... Fuck knows what happened there.
