So far, getting the number of reps I want as weight moves up. May have been able to grind out one more rep on the dead, but there's a good chance it would have been ugly.
I'm doing intermittant fasting on non-workout days (noon to 8 eating window) but am adding a post-workout protein shake with fruit on workout days. During the cut, I would only have a 10g BCAA drink before and after the workout. I think the post-workout calories are helping and bodyweight is holding steady.

Still hitting 9 reps on the last bench set. Looking forward to seeing what happens when I'm up to 225. Also, PRs on dips and inverted rows. Ending the cut seems to have made all the difference. Frequency pushups and chins also seem to be doing their job.

Down a couple of pounds without trying to be. Still felt strong - a PR for reps at this weight on the dead and PCs were fairly easy. Very happy with the new program.

Wanted 8 reps on press. Getting to the point where I may have to start gaining some weight to take a step up. Had a burger, fries and a shake post-workout.

Squats were a little shaky but depth was good and I ground out 9. Trying to eat more but it hasn't translated into weight gain yet.

Some of the cleans were a little wobbly, but I hit them all. Really happy with how the deads are progressing. Bodyweight has stayed the same for almost two months. I'm going to step up the eating - next press workout is at 132.5, and I need 7 reps because I'm hoping to run the 3x5 at least to 140.

So much for stepping up the eating. How did I lose 4 lbs since Wed? It showed in the press - needed 7 reps, got 6. Also, it seems like frequency method pushups are helping bench, but not press so much. Anyone done some kind of frequency method work for the press? Light dumbells?
