    Another crappy night of sleep. quality wasnt great either. I would fall asleep and would jerk back up to being wide awake. Feeling very restless. im going to skip the walk tonight and not if today and see if that helps. Broke my own rule about not fasting when i get less than 7 hours of sleep.

    Pro was low, sleep was bad, and overall food intake was low all weekend.
