Time to restrategize. Going to drop VD from 5x5 to 3x5, then go back to a triple at 415 maybe, see how it feels. Gotta drop this fear that reducing VD means I'm not working as hard, not gonna get better, etc...

Really crappy start to the morning...at least lifting went well.
Decided to back off the volume a little bit. So I went ahead with weight increases, but cut 2 sets from SQ and BP. I'll see how ID feels.
