Iron Steve Training Log
Hi,
starting my new log on here, here is my background.....
Been here a while, but mostly just lurking behind the scenes.
Had my training log on Stronglifts and liked the community there, but that's gone now that Mehdi has started charging $10 a month and banned everyone who refused to become a "Gold Member". My id on SL was StevieB. Am slightly pissed off that my training log is now effectively deleted as that's 2 years of data gone. Ah well life goes on and I'm happy now to be logging on SS Forum
Stats:
27 yrs old , 6'3 , 95Kg,
Best lifts:
Squat ......140Kg(308lbs)
Deadlift.....150Kg(330lbs) [3RM, haven't tested a single]
Bench.......115Kg(253lbs)
OHP..........80Kg(176lbs)
Currently training 5/3/1 with a 3 day set up as follows
MON: DL
THUR:SQUAT & OHP (always double these up, works quite well)
SAT: BENCH
I'm in the middle of Cycle 10. Started Jan 2011.
All in all its going quite well.
Had to massively deload my squat due to a knee injury playing football in May, but its coming back nicely now.
Deloaded bench twice so far, struggling a bit with this lift at the moment.
Deloaded OHP once, but progress is starting to slow.
Haven't deloaded deadlift yet, but I started very light to be honest. I'm conservative with this lift as I slipped a disc a couple of years ago.
Dropped 20Lbs of weight(hopefully all fat )over the last few months, which somewhat hampered my upper body lifts.
