High-Volume Medium-Intensity
Squat:
135x5x2
185x5
225x3
245x2
275x1 [felt much harder than usual, stopped here so I could rest, will try the workout again Thursday]
[I've lost about 5 pounds recently (at ~210 now), this is definitely making it harder to make gains, but, I'm going to continue on in my quest to become a leaner, meaner machine.
At least until I reach sub-20% body fat.]

Squat:
135x5x2
185x5
225x3
245x2
275x5x5
[I was able to do all 5 sets but it was pretty goddamn hard. I don't think I ate enough before I lifted today.]
So for those interested, the month of December is going to be an awful month of lifting for me, mostly because I'm going back home to the twin cities for a month long christmas break.
They do have a gold's gym where I live, but I hate working out there, (no chalk allowed, no bumper plates, can't be too loud, all that bullshit).
I'll try my best to keep going there, at least to keep my squat where it is right now.
This will all change come Jan 11, though, when I get to go back to school.
At that point I'll be able to go back into full throttle Texas Method.
Any tips on maintaining my progress, at least in squats, will be appreciated.
I already know that with the lack of bumper plates my power clean is going to fall back, so I'll try to do hang cleans instead.

I've lost a little weight so maintaining my numbers is hard. On top of that I'm gonna be gone from my gym for xmas break, and we only have a gold's gym where im from (SHITTY NO CHALK!! GAH! I'm sneaking some in anyway).
I expect to maintain my numbers for the most part of december and early january through diet and heavy lifting, but I don't think I'm gonna see any PR's again till late january
