Squat 340x3
Squat 340x3 I was a little disappointed with how my depth looked on the first set, so I did another one.
Press 150x3 (forgot to record this one)
Deadlift 350x5 These improved a little, not great, but some. Will probably just do a set of 315x5 next week, see how those feel and then work back up.
