    Back was a little sore and I was a little sleepy but everything went up smoothly. I haven't used a belt for deadlifting for a few months and I threw it on today and whatdya know, no discomfort.

    465 was a very close call depth wise but 475 was buried. 3 spots on bench, 3 times the bar was helped up at the top...sigh. At least I kept my butt down. I had no business pulling 545 but somehow it just worked. I had been pulling 450ish for 5 but it just all came together today.

    *Edit* Noooooo just realized I miscounted and did 535 not 545.

    Thanks, I just wish I knew how to count. Anyways, new goals are gonna be a 500 raw squat, 550 deadlift and 300 bench for the end of this cycle.

    I dont think my arms are quite flexible enough to front squat properly. My wrists were taking more than their fair share of punishment. Chins were very easy today after going to failure last week at 7 and 6 reps.

    Slept horribly and not much energy today but the squats weren't too bad. I'll post the vid later but I dont think im bringing the bar low enough on my chest while benching. Deadlifts werent bad at all. The 315 set was stupid easy. I cnocentrated on keeping the bar in contact with my legs throughout.

    Some of the power cleans turned into full cleans. My low back was still a bit fried from yesterday but at least I didnt have my usual debilitating adductor/hamstring soreness. So if I don't beat my distance from last week on the rower, I punish myself by adding another round. So technically I'll be PR'ing every week one way or another! I forgot to mention I shaved 30 seconds off my 500m time, going down to 1:36 on Saturday. I think I had the flywheel at 10 instead of 6 the first time.

    Welp, probably no more front squatting. Had some knee pain after the set which went away. The set was easy so im not sure what the hell I did. OHP was a piece of cake, really enjoying it right now.

    Empty stomach, slept wrong and my back was a bit sore, but still managed a decent day minus the benching. I'm seriously lost on what to do now, it's just not going anywhere. May switch it out for pressing for a bit until I can get some help. And i've been enjoying pressing lately.

    Knocked 9 seconds off my 500 time. The last 100m was awful though
