I'm still cutting my top pull, and my first pull feels weak after changing my setup a bit to make the third pull more comfortable. I'm hoping to hit this next thursday. Getting plenty of height, the positioning just isn't there.

All the misses were caused by losing my back angle off the floor, leaving the bar forward through the pull and into the catch. Need to add some RDLs or some other targeted back work I think.

Nice and easy since I PRed snatching. Did some technique work at the end, again. I'm experimenting a lot with my setup (stance, grip width) and seeing how that influences my pull. I'm starting to find a sweet spot where I'm in a good position for the second pull, am able to fully extend, and still receive the bar comfortably without having to move my feet too far.
