    270lbs 5x5

    Press - eb 3x5, 75lbs x5, 95lbs x3, 110lbs x2, 120lbs x1

Strong Squats, didn't take a lot out of me. The Press, who knows - it was just tough. Got the set of 5 on the Deads without any trouble - about f'n time.

    295lbs x5

    Press - eb 3x5, 75lbs x5, 95lbs x3, 115lbs x2, 125lbs x1

    PC's - 140lbs 5x3

    Press -
    100lbs x3, 120lbs x2, 140lbs x2, x1, x1, x1

    Good Squat session.
Don't know what happened on the Press, damn bar would. not. move...
Went into the PC's a bit down in the mouth, but knocked these out nicely - each set better than the previous set.
Decided to try the Press again, though I had the 2 1/2 plates on the inside, so I was off my mark. 140lbs went up fairly easily for a double and then singled out on the minute. Go figure...

Nice days work, I felt good coming into the session. Solid Squats. Bench was OK, the 5th rep of the last two sets was slooowww. Deads were OK, a little bar drift away from my body on a couple of reps.

My regular gym closes for the next week, so I'm going to a new outfit for the next three sessions. The place looks good, lots of racks and platforms. I hope it's not too busy when I plan to show up.

Squat - eb 3x5, ehh it's in kgs and f' it I'll just post the work sets
    107.5 kgs 2x5

    Press - eb 3x5
    58.5kgs 3x5

    Chins - 1 1/2's +20lbs 5x5
    bw on the minute x10, x6, x5

Working at a new gym - eye opening to say the least. Lots of very strong people! Nice place: 4 racks, 4 stands, 2 deadlift platforms, 2 bench stations.

Setting the bar up in kgs was an ordeal, but eveything went well enough. We'll see how ID and VD go in this new environment.

    Squat - eb 3x5, 50kg x5, 80kg x3, 110kg x2, 130kg x1
    136kg x5

    Bench - eb 2x10, 95lbs x5, 135lbs x3, 165lbs x2, 187.5lbs x1
    192.5lbs x5

    PC's - eb 3x5, 40kg 2x3, 50kg x3, 60kg x3
    65kg 5x3

Still at the new gym. Good Squats - was complimented by the owner and his client on my form.

Bench had me concerned as I had to use a Bench station with no safeties. Oh how that focuses the mind and body, got these with out a lot of trouble.

    PC's were solid.

I may stay at this gym for an extended period.

    Squat - 127.5kgs 4x5

    Press - 57.5kgs 4x5

    Deadlift - 140kgs x2

    Good Squats.

The Press was odd (of course), first set was tough, second set was easy, third set sucked, fourth set was snappy.

Something went awry somewhere as the outside lower left of my back tightened up enough to kill my Deadlift sets before I got to the work set. No telling what went wrong and when it may have happened. Very possibly it occurred during the Press.

    Squat - 110 kg 2x5

    Bench - 175lbs 3x5

    Deadlift - 170kg 1x4

Felt much better today. The back issue from last session has resolved itself. Must have been a muscle spasm, and not anything more sinister than that.

Easy Squats. Good Bench. Strong Deads. I'm into the fourth week of Jordan's TM hack #2, hence the 4 reps.

It is beasty hot and humid for Buffalo right now...cannot stop sweating.

    Squat - eb 3x5, 60kg x5, 90kg x3, 120kg x2, 130kg x1
    138.5kg x4

    Press - eb 3x5, 30kg x5, 40kg x3, 50kg x2, 57.5kg x1
    61/12 kg x2, x1, x1, x1

    PC's - eb 3x5, 40kg x3, 50kg x2, 60kg x1
    67 kg 4x3

Squat was meh. Press was, again, a mystery. PC's were the bright spot of the day.

    VD #2-5 Reps / Sets
    Squat - eb 5x3, 60kg x5, 80kg x3, 100kg x2, 120kg x1
    130kg x5, x5, x4, x4, x4

    Bench - eb 5x3, 95lbs x5, 135lbs x3, 155lbs x2, 167.5lbs x1
    177.5lbs 4x5

    Deadlift - 70 kg 5x2, 110kg x3, 140kg x2, 160kg x1
    172.5kg x4

Between the weight in kgs vs lbs, Jordan's program changes of reps and sets and my general idiocy, I'm all over the place.

The Squats started out as sets of 5. For some reason this didn't sit right with me, so I looked up Jordan's program and sure enough I'm on 4 rep sets - d'oh. Gotta say these Squats were a grind and a half.

Bench - For some reason, the plates in this area are in pounds - so there you go. No issues here.

Deadlift - What fun, I had a rainbow of plates on the bar. The bar of choice at this place is the Ohio Power Bar - OMG that knurl is a cheesegrater compared to the B&R bar back at my old gym. Pulled the set of four no issues save spiking the ol' heart rate.
