    Still haven't learned my lesson...
    ...and we never will. Soon as we learn one lesson another one pops up that we didn't even know existed. The game's stacked against us!

    HB Squat - 90kg 8*3
    Bench - 65kg 10*4
    Deadlift - 135kg 8*3

    Belt Squat - 70kg 10*3
    Revs. Fly - 30lbs 10*4
    Hi Row - 40kg 10*4

    Regular Saturday work. Hips are tight, and my bad knee's a little stiff. Whadda ya gonna do...

    Week Three reps/sets

    HB Squat - 110kg 10*2, 100kg 10*4
    Belt Squat - 75kg 8*5
    BSS - +12kg 8*4

    Wide Grip Pulldown - 50kg 8*4
    Back Ext - +20kg 8*4

    Plank - 45 sec *4

    Long top sets, got all the work in. That's a 10rep PR by 5kg. Additionally, it was for two sets, not just one.

    The hardest part of this is getting prepared for the grind.

    Bench - 70 / 72.5kg *10, 65kg 10*4
    Wide Grip Bench - 60kg 10*3
    Incline Bench - 57.5kg 10*3

    Dumbbell Bench - 50kg 12*4
    Dips - +6kg 7*3
    Tri Pulldowns - 20kg 15*3
    Pull Ups - 8kg 8*3

    The main lifts went swimmingly. Paid for it during the accessory work.

    Still a good days work. I just might be getting in front of this lift...just might.

    Deadlift - 167.5kg 8*2, 150kg 8*3
    Block Pulls - 127.5kg 10*3

    GHR - 10*3
    Revs Fly - 30lbs 10*3
    Hammer Curls - 35lbs amrap in 30 sec *19, *20,*20, *20

    Back Ext - 25kg 10*3
    Sit Up - 5kg 20*3

    Damn good day. I believe that's a beltless rep PR, again for two sets, not just one.

    This has been a great week of training. I've got one more week to go in this cycle. I'll be in uncharted territory for all three lifts...kinda excited.
