Belt Squat - 75kg 8*5
BSS - +12kg 8*4
Wide Grip Pulldown - 50kg 8*4
Back Ext - +20kg 8*4
Plank - 45 sec *4
Long top sets, got all the work in. That's a 10rep PR by 5kg. Additionally, it was for two sets, not just one.
The hardest part of this is getting prepared for the grind.

The main lifts went swimmingly. Paid for it during the accessory work.
Still a good days work. I just might be getting in front of this lift...just might.

Damn good day. I believe that's a beltless rep PR, again for two sets, not just one.
This has been a great week of training. I've got one more week to go in this cycle. I'll be in uncharted territory for all three lifts...kinda excited.
