    7/10/13

    Press -
    eb 2x5, 77.5lbs x5, 97.5lbs x5, 115lbs x3, 127.5lbs x1
    137.5lbs x4, x4, x4, x3
    147.5lbs 4x1

Better on the sets across, missed the fifth single...all of them moved verrrrry slowly.

    "350" @ 80lbs
    x20, x14, x11...x5
    Better again...

    Dips @ 65%
    x30, x20

    Neutral Grip Chins @ 62 1/2%
    x20, x13, x5... x10, x2

Looks like I'm in a holding pattern here (or shall I call it a consolidation phase) after establishing a string of Press PRs. No issues, just a recognition of the fact.

    7/12/13

    Squat -
    eb 3x5, 115lbs x5, 185lbs x5, 255lbs x3, 275lbs x1
    285lbs x1
    295lbs x1

    275lbs x1, 255lbsx3, 185lbs x5, 115lbs x10
Unusually tired, I had nothing in the tank to draw on Squatwise.
On the other hand, for a bad day I still cranked out two good singles...I don't think I could have done that before.

    Bench -
    eb x10, 95lbs x5, 145lbs x5, 175lbs x3, 195lbs x1, 205lbs x1, 195lbs x2, 175lbs x3, 145lbs x5, 95lbs x10

    Straight Bar Curls -
    75lbs x20, x15, x15

    LTE's -
    70lbs x20, x15, x15

    Overhead Squats -
    75lbs 3x3
    just for funsies...

Could be time for a de-load week.

    Wide Grip Pulls Ups -
    every 30 seconds 20

    7/15/13
