    Goodmornings - 170bs 5x5

    Front Squats - 125lbs 5x5

    Deadlift - 135llbs x10, 225lbs x5, 315lbs x3, 335lbs x1, 355lbs X, 265lbs 3x10
    Just wasn't ready to grind out a rep @ 355lbs. The 10'ers were a workout.

    Straight Bar Curls - eb x50, x30, x20 sets on the minute

    Bench - 95lbs x5, 145lbs x4, 175lbs x3, 195lbs x2, 205lbs x1 160lbs 4x8

    Knees to Shoulders - 9x10 done between Bench sets

    Incline Bench - 105lbs x17, x10, x6 sets on the minute

    Press - 85lbs x14, x7 x5 sets on the minute

    LTE / Straight Bar Curls - 65lbs 3x15 sets on the minute

    Good session. sets on the minute for max reps suck!

    Goodmornings - 175lbs 5x5

    Deadlifts - 135lbs 2x5, 225lbs x5, 315lbs x2, 335lbs x1, 355lbs X, 335lbs x1, 315lbs 5x2, 225lbs x20
    Missed 355lbs halfway up - got distracted. Doubles every two minutes and the 20 repper was just for fun.

    Front Squat - 95lbs 3x15
    After the 20 repper, these sucked - burned me right out.

    Straight Bar Curl - 50lbs x50, x30, x20 sets with a minute rest.

    Waived the flag, I was cooked.

    Press - 95lbs x5, 115lbs x4, 125lbs x3, 135lbs x2, 142.5lbs x1, 150lbs X, 110lbs 4x8
    Missed the 150 just above the head, I wasn't focused at all, 142.5 had moved so nicely too. The sets at 110 were a snap.

    Bench - 120lbs x23, x12, x10 sets on the minute - thought I was gonna get the 50 reps.

    Incline Bench - x18, x10, x8 Sets on the minute. The Bench set crushed this series.

    Straight Bar Curls / LTE - 70lbs x15, x14, x10, x6 Feel ze pump...

    Scott - Everything is relative, there are lifts that you kill me on.

    85lbs x20, x12, x10 sets on the minute

    Goodmornings - 125lbs 5x15

    Deadlifts - 275lbs 3x5

    Straight Bar Curls - 55llbs x50, x20, x20, x10 sets on the minute

    Went "heavy" on the FS and "light" on the DL, next rotation I'll reverse it and go "heavy" Deads with "light" FS.
