I shared our humorous exchange of 70s/80s sitcom references with my 35 year old wife so that she might share in our levity. Her eyes glazed over and she had no idea what I was talking about. Damn (Scotty secures his walker and ambles off in search of rice pudding).

Incline Bench - 105lbs x19, x10, x8 2 more than last time sets on the minute
Press - 85lbs x15, x8, x6 same as last time sets on the minute
Straight Bar Curls / LTEs - 85lbs 3x8
Reps at 200 killed the single at 212.5lbs. Did the pin presses as penance.
Went right out and ate a double qtr pounder and followed it up with a 16 oz protein shake. I need to get out of the 200s and up into the 210s.

Great top end work - seamless movement. Lost the 8th rep of the last set - I let the bar get too low, racked it and took a breath and did the last rep. Other than that the sets were great as well, especially considering the top end work which is a new addition.
Bench - 120lbs x21, x12, x9 sets on the minute 1 more rep than last time
Incline Bench - 90lbs x21, x11, x8 sets on the minute 1 less than last time
