    Presses and deads look great, Browndog! And front squats, too! Once my paused squats wind out, I think I will go back to the FS again...Whoa...80 reps with the bar?

    Bench - 115lbs x5, 165lbs x4, 185lbs x3, 200lbs x2, 212.5lbs x1
    175lbs 3x6
    Good session, though forgot to work "down he mountain". The double and single were fast, sets were strong.

    Incline Bench - 105lbs x20, x11, x8 sets on the minute, two more than last session

    Press - 85lbs x15, x6, x7 sets on the minute, one less than last time.

    Straight Bar Curls - 95lbs 5x6

    LTE - 95lbs 6, x6, x5, x5, x5

    295lbs 3x6
    Not much to say, tough session, but I got it done.

    Front Squat - 120lbs 3x10

    Goodmornings - 120lbs 3x15

    Straight Bar Curls - 60lbs 3x20 sets every 15 seconds

    I'm tuckered out - and sure I'll be feeling this day for a while.

    Press - 100lbs x5, 120lbs x4, 130lbs x3, 140lbs x2, 147.5bs x1, 152.5lbs X, 147.5lbs x1, 140lbs x2
    117.5lbs 5x6
    Bumped the warm-up weights to raise the baseline. Doubles and singles were good up and down the mountain. Missed 152.5lbs, I was grinding a bit and got a tad lightheaded. The sets at 117.5lbs were super.

    Bench - 120lbs x23, x11, 7 sets on the minute

    Incline Bench - 90lbs x18, x10, x7 sets on the minute

    Less reps than last time for both lifts. The main work took the starch out of the assistance work.

    Straight Bar Curl - 97.5lbs 5x6

    LTE - 85lbs 5x6
    Triceps were fried, hence the drop in weight.
