Finally my back is feeling good enough to Squat with the Safety Bar. Winded as all get out though. The first part of this cancer treatment has left me tired and winded...damn

As I didn't eat anything after breakfast, this was a hard session.
Appointments and what not filled the morning and early afternoon. Since I was out by the gym at the time, I got in an earlier than planned session...bur I missed an opportunity to put on a feed bag. Not gonna do that again...
That looks like it would have been a hard session even with a good breakfast--92 reps of various bench variations. I see a big bench in the works for the 2021 nationals....this was a hard session

Goodly amount of pushing and pulling.
Yesterday was horrid, I slept most of the day. Definitely my worst day since getting that damn shot. Add to that, I'm experiencing "hot flashes"...can't wait to start radiation in a month...NOT.
At least the days will be getting longer now. And if I'm to be having hot flashes, winter is the right time of year for that shit.
My buddy had the same thing with the hot flashes when he was treated for his prostate. Seemed to happen mostly at night.
