Felt a bit tired and had a headache most of the day. Combine that with me doing 10 hour shifts through Friday and I decided to just do one work set for squat and bench.

I've been increasing the time and distance I run; planning on running half marathons again. As a result, I've been losing weight gradually and I'm going to be conservative on squat reps and poundages. Next week I'll try for five reps a set.
