* I'm still on a 531 template for squats, except I'm doing some type of squat every workout.
Bench: 5 singles at 225, 235x1 PBR
* I finally benched more than my weight. It only took 42 years.

* Since I don't think I need volume squats, I'm taking some tips from Andy Baker's article on the Heavy/Light/Medium method and mixing up the squat routine.
Accessory Work:
Bench: 135x10, 145x10, 155x10
* Adding overall volume to the week. These were also flat backed.
Deficit Deadlift: 325x6
* I really think the combination of deficits and dumbbell rows helped by deadlift so I'm alternating weeks and doing heavy deadlifts every other week.

* I tried High Bar today. That's not a very comfortable bar position, but I like mixing up the squat days idea. Some day I may try doing some heavy High Bar work, but for now it works good on a light day.
