Bodyweight: 225 lbs
Squat: 230x5x3
Press: 145x5x3
Deadlift: 325x5
Dips: bw+75x5
BB Curls: 115x6
*Felt I needed the light day of squats to recover.
-
Squat: 315x2 (failed on 3rd attempt, think it's just mental)
Bench: 225x5x3
P.Cleans: 160x3x3
Chins: bw+25x5
V-bar cable pressdowns: 90x7 (+rest pause x4)
*So stupid, should have maintained lp on squat. Super frustrated!
-
Press: 150x5x3
Deadlift: 330x5
Dips: bw+80x4
BB Curls: 120x5
*Trying squats every 2nd workout to save recovery and time throughout the week. All lifts felt great today and I think the break from squats will allow some tendonitis healing.

Squat: 295x5x2
Bench: 230x5x2, 230x4
Rows: 230x5x2
Chins: bw x7 + rest pause x2
Standing EZ Bar Triceps Extensions: 115x3 + rest pause x2

Bodyweight: 225 lbs
Press: 155x4x3
Deadlift: 335x6
Dips: bw+85x4
BB Curl: 125x4
*Deadlift count was messed up due to other gym members being idiots and distracting my set. Ended up doing an extra rep... hopefully it doesn't affect recovery.

Squat: 300x5, 300x3
Bench: 235x5x2, 235x4
P.Cleans: 165x3x3
Chins: bw(225)+30x4 +rest pause x1 rep
V-bar Cable Pressdowns: 100x6 +rest pause x2 reps
*Didn't want to push things too hard today as I'm going to the SS seminar in 3 days and I don't want extreme fatigue or injury. Squats felt ridiculously heavy today considering last month I could do 325x5 on intensity day. I'm really hoping there's just something wrong with my form, that way the coaches can help me correct it and I can get out of this rut. Power cleans felt decent but I still know I'm doing them wrong; I think I'm jumping too early.

*Light day (last workout before Starting Strength Seminar)
BW: 224 lbs
Press: 160x3x3 PR!!!
Rows: 235x5, 235x4
Dips: bw+90x3 (smooth metal handles felt greasy, could have done another rep)
BB Curl: 125x4
*SSS here I come!

Back from the Starting Strength Seminar in Seattle.
Sat lifts:
Squat: 265x5x3
Deadlift: 320x5
Bench: 220x5
Sun lifts:
P.Cleans: 135x3x2 (tendinitis acted up; my own fault)
Press: 135x5
* I brought all main lifts down because I wanted to focus on form to be critiqued properly by Rip and the SS coaches and because the amount of volume they use during the seminars to actually get to working sets is much more than I'm used to so I was fatigued by the time working set arrived.
*If anyone actually reads this it was an awesome experience! I'm sore in places I never knew existed due to the coaches cueing different positions of set-up for me in each of the 5 lifts. Urban Crossfit in Seattle, WA has a pretty sweet gym, check it out if you're from there!

Bodyweight: 225 lbs
Squats: 275x5x3
Bench: 240x3x3
P.Cleans: 135x4x3 sets
Chins: bw x7, x5, x5
Lying EZBar Tri-Extensions: 70x6x2 sets
*decided to go lighter on the squats and power cleans to practice the form that was taught at the SSS. Everything felt pretty good including the cleans as there was almost know tendinitis flare up.
-
Squats: 305x5
Press: 165x2,1,1 (yikes)
Deadlift: 340x5
BB Curl: 125x5 + rest pause x2
*Wasn't the best workout but it wasn't terrible considering the odd week of training I've had. Been stressed more than usual due to a sudden move that's coming up next week. College has been pretty brutal also, I'm doing extremely well in my Dietetics and nutritional science courses but I'm doing horribly in my Biology class (especially the lab component exams). Just need to chill out a bit and I'm sure recovery will come right back.
