Thanks Mahendra! I hate stagnation but I hate regression even more so I should count myself lucky I suppose. I can feel the fatigue lately so I'm not at all surprised things haven't been progressing smoothly.

    BW: 225 ish

    Squat: 320*5 beltless, 355*5, 390*3 PR 3RM!!! (RPE 9.5)
    Bench: 190*5 beltless, 215*5 beltless, 240*7 (RPE 9.5)

    CG Pin Press: 150*8x3 sets
    BB Pendlay Rows: 225*8x2
    BB Curls: 155*8 PR!+ rest pause x2

*holy hell did I feel strong tonight... it didn't necessarily seem like it on paper but damn I felt good tonight!
*squats felt the best (never happens!) and when I unracked 355 I actually thought I misloaded by a couple of 45's because it felt so damn light!! I had to double check it after I completed my fahves! My previous best with 390 was a couple singles, so a triple was a huge leap in strength tonight!
*No improvement for bench, on paper, but I felt strong, no pain, and form felt nearly perfect.

And you were worried about regressing and stalling.

Congrats on that Squat PR! Soon you'll be repping 4 plates!

PM BW Weigh-in: 228.6 lbs (Fuck I'm fat)

    Squat: 355*5, 390*3, 425*1 New Max PR!!!! (RPE 10)
    Bench: 215*5 beltless, 240*3, 265*3x2 sets (RPE 9.5)

    CG Pin Press: 152.5*10x3
    BB Pendlay Rows: 227.5*8x2
BB Curls: 157.5*8 PR! + rest pause x2

*Well... I lost control of my 3rd rep on the 390 squat and the weight got out in front of me due to sheer laziness... out of some miracle I managed to recover it and complete the set of 3 but I wasted a ton of energy pissing around with that! By the time I got to my 425 attempted max I was spent! There will be a video below of my new max PR but it isn't pretty due to the 390 fuck up beforehand. Still a happy camper but that felt like a damn elephant was on my back!

*Everything else was ho-hum but the BB curls are cheaty now, regardless I still PR'd them as well tonight. Also managed to get a HYoooge lats pump from the rows, they felt fairly strict tonight.

*Listened to some Johnny Cash while training tonight. Never name your boy Sue!

Here's the 425 max squat, prepare for cringe!

Nice squat dude! Congrats on 425! Max singles usually aren't the prettiest. But this one was decent I'd say.
