Going to try adding some dynamic loading and speed work into my bench programming.
Bench with chains: 30 lbs of chains loaded on each side. Full Weight at top probably reducing by half at chest. All reps paused at chest.
180 + 60 lbs chains for 5 sets of 5

Liked the feel on bench so trying with Squat
Squat with Chains: 30lbs loaded on each side
280 + 60 Lbs chains for 3 sets of 5
