    My first serious attempt at Press 2.0. I hoped to beat my 1.0 best at 135 but only tied it. And no way could I have gotten 140x8 as I have with 1.0. Still learning. I was surprised at how tired my legs were just from brief isometric contractions.

    Never felt better. Got through 9 reps without even thinking. Gotta chuckle because my doctor says if I gain just 5 more pounds I'll be obese! When I weighed 20 pounds less I could only do 6 or 7.
