I want to add some sprints into my training for conditioning instead of doing stuff indoors all the time, so I am slowly going to introduce them. Didn't do an all out effort, but just fast enough to be running in sprinting form. Will slowly add more rounds and go at full effort during the next 2 or 3 weeks.
Slightly pulled a muscle in the front of my thigh but fairly minor.

Past few days ankles/shins bit stiff due to first attempt sprints on Saturday, but almost back to normal today.

So Monday was meant to be TM volume day, but the past few days have been bad, my mind is racing on the manic side of things, I'm overly irritable and distracted - decided today I just need to nail a peg in the form of an abbreviated 'holding session'. 6 hours' sleep in the past 2 nights plus under-eating does not make for good recovery. Felt really weak, angry and emotional today, hence missed some bench press reps I should have got easily (4,4,5 FFS!). Increased medication dosage slightly this morning, as previous week have actually been feeling pretty normal and happy.

I have been on holiday for past 5 days and as the week before was a disaster in terms of sleep and only training once, today will just be to ease myself back into the groove. Will resume TM programming next week or maybe week after depending how this week goes.

Kind of did a split volume day today, tomorrow (Tuesday) I will do various pulls for volume, as I found out this Wednesday my office gym will be closed for 12 weeks!!!
Will have to find a new gym this week, not looking forward to it as the main prospects seem to be cardio cathedrals where people go to worship the great hamster ball in the sky, by sacrificing themselves on walky-ski-type-thingy machines.
Trying to get back on track still, although will be content with minor gains over the next few months, as I am looking to get active in other ways and put my humble strength levels to use. I am thinking about starting indoor climbing, so I might drop training to twice a week and just maintain or gain very slowly so I can have some fun on the walls.

Good news is that it seems the powers that be have decided my office gym can stay open for another 6 weeks now, but will be closed for 6 weeks after that. Have lowered the weights slightly on my squats, one because of the slight lay-off, and two I felt a bit of poor form creeping in previously (wasn't staying tight enough at the bottom). They feel pretty solid at this weight so will just work my way back from here.
