2nd set bar speed was good but lost balance backwards on 4th rep. 3rd set bar speed was decent but mis-grooved the 4th. Knocked out the last set to complete my 15 reps on shortened rest. Overall, not that bad considering where I'm at right now.

Last set was surprisingly challenging even given the fact I've only squatted 2 reps in the last month. Keeping the volume low so DOMS isn't too much of a killer all weekend. Gonna run a weekly LP to get my squat groove back before branching off into various rep ranges.

First set was moving well and was surprised I couldn't grind up the 3rd. Next 2 sets groove wasn't great and didn't even attempt a 3rd after the 2nd reps were slow. Rested a little extra before the last set and banged out a really solid triple to complete my 9 reps.
