Skipped deadlifts because I've got a mean left trap/shoulder strain going on and last time I tried pulling heavy through that I couldn't move my neck for about a week.

Fought like hell for the 5th rep @230 and it wouldn't go. That's 3 straight weeks of fails at that weight so I'm going to proceed with triples on intensity day just to keep adding weight to the bar.
